WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Chinsurah Arogya has adopted various programs aimed at empowering women. Chinsurah Arogya has been conducting regular camps to teach backward women various handicrafts and the process of marketing their products. Work is underway to train the female inmates of the Correctional Home, Hooghly in making various hand crafts to make them self-reliant in their future life. Chinsurah Arogya also tries to teach letters to women who are illiterate inside . Outside the Correctional Home , Chinsurah Arogya has come to the side of women in the area by teaching them beautician course to help them stand on their own feet in their future endeavors .
